I have extensive experience in multiple industries.
I have been a Front Desk Clerk, a Receptionist, a Team Lead, a Purchasing Coordinator, a Healthcare Provider, and started up and managed/owned my own business. And many of these positions were held as I was pursuing my Bachelor in Human Services Degree in Case Management.
But my most valued experience is in the program field experiences I participated in while obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree.
I have been a Case Management Assistant, where I maintained monthly and quarterly records and advocated for 10 client’s initial assessments.
I have been a Supervisor, where I supervised classrooms and education staffing, and identified each student’s ability and placed them in environments that best matched their skills and goals.
I have been a Supervisor/Assistant, where I supervised education services and assisted with programs for students who wanted to express their inner emotional feelings, and also supervised leadership classes.
And I was an Assistant where I assisted the Director of Contact and Compliances, monitored cases for program compliance, and conducted quality assurance.
With my practical experience gained while working at diversified jobs while pursuing my degree, and the excellent training and real world experience I received in the program field experiences, I am well-prepared to make a positive contribution to any Human Services operations, including your own organization.
