Employee & Labor Relations Specialist-full-time-days

This position provides consult to employees and management as it relates to Policy, Performance, pay practices, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and Labor law. Conducts employee investigations, assists with employee grievances, and manages all employee relations. Interviews all related parties, and maintains all appropriate correspondence with employees. Will assist will other Human Resources duties as needed.
1.Bachelor degree preferred
2.3 years of Human Resources experience required; experience with employee and labor relations necessary
3.Must have strong communication and intrapersonal skills
4. Must have union experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
