Non-event days at the venue:
approximately 8am-4:
30pm Event days- following an event at the venue, this role serves as the post event manager of the overnight operation.
Shift times will vary based on event end time, but often begin at 10pm and end around 8am.

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects - Collaborate with project managers to ensure project objectives are met - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders - Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making - Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules - Coordinate project meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes - Track project expenses and maintain budget documentation - Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions - Experience in custodial or commercial cleaning industry - Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance - Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices - Understanding of facilities maintenance procedures Additional Skills:
