- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to staff members, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents.
- Assist with project coordination and tracking.
- Serve as a receptionist for the office, answering phone calls and greeting visitors.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Skills:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a medical office or dental receptionist role is a plus.
