Handle all incoming and outbound packages using USPS, courier services or large freight services.
Enter patient's insurance card (Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, HMO/PPO) into computer.
Create and establish communication correspondences, reports, and e-mails to various regional and state organizations.
Establish and maintain effective business relationships with external and internal customers, improving communication between customers and company.
Assist patients in acquiring Medicaid coverage.
Provide inventory management by keeping uploading current contracts to internal SharePoint site and filing all archive materials in proper storage areas.
