We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals who are eager to make a profound difference in a school-based setting as a Teacher's Aide (Instructional Assistant).
Compensation:
$18 - $21 per hour, depending on experience Employment Type:
Part-Time, approximately 30 hours/week Shift Schedule:
Monday to Friday, during daytime school hours Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking individuals with the patience and adaptability necessary to foster a nurturing learning environment.
You should be prepared to provide instructional support and adapt to students' unique needs.

Key Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the U.
S.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Strong proficiency in English, including grammar, spelling, and reading comprehension.
Basic understanding of mathematics.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Physically fit enough to maintain an active role in the classroom and playground.
Previous experience working with children.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with classroom teachers to provide instructional support.
Assist teachers in managing students' behavior.
Support students 1:
1 or as a group in a special education classroom.
Develop and implement engaging learning opportunities for students in grades K-12.
Assist students in following classroom routines and tasks while increasing their independence.
Help with essential self-help skills, such as toileting and hygiene.
Supervise students during classroom and outdoor activities.
Prepare students for mainstream classes according to established procedures.
Manage educational equipment and assigned materials responsibly.
Experience with children with special needs is desired, but not a requirement.
