Currently we are looking for Warehouse Data Entry Clerk for our Inglewood warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating warehouse's internal freight movement from inbound to outbound Prioritize processing sequence for each Airwaybill (AWB).
to ensure smooth and timely movement.
Responsible for providing and supporting relevant logistics data (such as cargo volume, arrival time, cargo information, etc.
) required by various departments, and assisting the leader of the data department to organize and archive documents Manage on-site scanners to ensure the correctness of the data and enter it into the corresponding form Manage daily sign in and out of each AWB Conduct and prioritize each AWB processing sequences Instruct onsite operators load and unload each carrier container correctly Update daily operation freight data Manage on-site scanners to ensure the correctness of the data and enter it into the corresponding form Communicate and monitor every freight closely with Custom broker Scheduling with last mile carriers' freight pick up and drop off.
