We are looking to hire and invest in an outgoing and intelligent candidate for a Customer Service position.
We are looking for someone who is tech savvy, organized, has good writing skills, and can maintain excellent communication with customers and insurance companies.
Job Duties Assist managers/owners with various tasks.
Greet customers with a smile as soon as they enter the building Answer incoming phone calls consistently within 3 rings and follow up on voicemails and missed calls throughout the day.
Deliver and check in customer vehicles, taking photos, creating key tags, and marking windshields.
Assist in following up on and receiving overdue A/R payments Update customers and insurance companies with repair statuses, as well as document conversations.
Ensure customer waiting area is stocked with snacks and beverages at all times, and office is clean and maintained, and serve beverages or snacks to customers.
Required Skills Must be very comfortable working with computers and software Must pay very close attention to details Capable of finding efficient methods for solving problems Be punctual and have a positive attitude Must have good communication skills and a strong sense of urgency Keep organized and work under pressure (Bonus) Understanding of insurance claims processes (Bonus) Collision Repair shop experience (Bonus) Fluent in Spanish Feel free to call the owner, Greg at (818) 642-6462 if you're interested in this position!
